At Energy Flow Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
Return & Refund Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
- Returns due to product dissatisfaction or manufacturing defects are accepted.
- Products under manufacturer warranty (1 year) must be processed directly with the manufacturer. However, we are happy to assist in initiating the process.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective (only applicable to items delivered in the US).
